The beautiful beach of Ostia can be reached just 600 meters on foot, while the commercial area of Ostia Lido, perfect for shopping, is only 60 meters away. Additionally, nearby you can find restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets, and pharmacies.

Just 200 meters away, there is a 24-hour supermarket, in addition to the Conad supermarket located just 50 meters away. So, if you want to go grocery shopping at 2:00 in the morning, you can do so by simply walking out of the apartment and covering only about 200 meters!

The central location of Ostia Lido allows for convenient walking. Furthermore, for those arriving by car, there are free parking spaces available right below the apartment, both during the day and at night. Alternatively, just 50 meters away, there is also the option to use a secure paid parking lot.

The apartment is located just over 1 km from the archaeological park of Ostia Antica, which can be reached in just 4 minutes by train from the nearby train station.
