The Holiday House Ostia Lido is located just 600 meters from the sea and offers utmost comfort. It features a fully furnished double bedroom with a walk-in closet and dressers. Additionally, there is a spacious living room with a kitchenette, equipped with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed with a steel orthopedic mattress. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, utensils, dishes, pots, and a coffee machine. The bathroom includes a washing machine, a hairdryer with diffuser, a hair straightener, a curling iron, a toilet, a bidet, and a spacious shower cabin. There is also a small storage room with cleaning accessories.
The apartment is brand new and equipped with all comforts, including inverter air conditioners with heat pump, a washer-dryer, an electric oven, an electric stovetop, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee machine with pods, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a hairdryer, tableware, cookware, a 32″ Smart LCD TV, and an additional 26″ Smart LCD TV with access to international television channels through a network connection. An iron and ironing board will also be provided.
The apartment’s location is extremely strategic, as it is within walking distance of all amenities. You can reach the center of Rome in just 25 minutes by train, thanks to the train station located just 250 meters away. The beautiful beach of Ostia is within walking distance, and the commercial area of Ostia Lido, with shops, restaurants, pubs, and nightlife venues, is just 60 meters away. Additionally, there are 24-hour supermarkets nearby, as well as a Conad supermarket just 50 meters away. This means you can even go grocery shopping at 2:00 AM, by simply walking out of the apartment and covering a distance of approximately 200 meters.
The central location of Ostia Lido allows for easy walking mobility. For those arriving by car, there are free parking spaces available underneath the apartment, both during the day and at night. Alternatively, there is a secure paid parking option just 50 meters away. The apartment also provides free high-speed Wi-Fi connection through fiber optics.
Furthermore, the apartment is located just over 1 km from the archaeological site of Ostia Antica, which can be easily reached from the nearby train station. In just 4 minutes by train, you can visit the Ostia Antica archaeological park.

Upon arrival, guests will be required to provide their identification documents and pay a cash deposit of 300 euros, which will be refunded in cash upon departure. Towels and bed linen will be provided. All utilities and condominium expenses are included in the price.
